The Role

The European Equity Sales Executive Director leads the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients. Responsibilities include driving the growth and retention of existing client relationships, building new client relationships, and providing the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and retention of existing client relationships while originating new business opportunities.
  • Provide the full breadth of the Company’s equities products (including Eq Swaps) and services to clients and prospects.
  • Act as a primary client interface delivering market insights, trade ideas, and execution capabilities.
  • Partner across trading, research, and banking teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Lead client coverage and sales strategy across European markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, and asset managers.
  • Partners with team members, including bankers, to uncover cross-sell and syndicated opportunities.
  • Support transaction execution, including underwriting processes.
  • Oversee preparation of marketing materials, client presentations, and roadshow content.
  • Maintain connectivity with market participants to ensure strong demand and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in equities sales, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in European equity markets, products, and institutional client coverage.
  • Very strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Expert presentation and client engagement skills.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and manage complex initiatives across stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and across regions.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

The base pay range for this position is $270,000.00 USD to $300,000.00 USD.
