EUC VIP Support technician

100% onsite at 98 San Jacinto, Austin, TX 78735. Long-term contract role requiring 5+ years of End User Computing and deskside support experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Provide 100% onsite IT support at the client’s Austin office
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Deliver high-quality concierge/VIP support with excellent customer-handling skills and a customer-centric approach
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues
• Provide basic troubleshooting for conference room devices and projectors and assist with meeting room facilitation
• Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting
• Possess basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory
• Document all support activities, incidents, and service requests in the IT incident and request fulfillment tool
• Demonstrate a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
