EUC (End User Computing) – Lab Systems Administrator | Pharma Lab Benchtop Support

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced EUC Lab Systems Administrator to support lab computers and equipment. This is a fully onsite role where you'll be managing lab systems, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Important: This is a 100% onsite role – remote work is not available.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support lab computers and instruments as a system administrator.
• Provide desktop support and customer service for end users.
• Handle transitions of IT services from other vendors.
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 10) and MS Office applications.
• Work with Linux systems (a plus).
• Manage SCCM patching, Active Directory, and antivirus tools.
• Perform imaging and image creation for systems.
• Support Windows 10 deployments and lead or participate in OS migrations.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide hardware/software support.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience supporting lab IT environments.
• Strong skills in Microsoft technologies, IT hardware/software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, and imaging tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
