ETRM System Analyst (Allegro)

About the role

Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading. Daily application support for Allegro includes incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, system configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring. Additionally, the role involves small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL, documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET
• Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting)
• US Power market knowledge
• SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries
• Basic Windows Server administration
• Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment

Qualifications

Experienced ETRM System Analyst with strong US Power market expertise to provide technical support and small-scale development for Allegro, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
