ETO Prototype Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for Assemblers on our ETO Team (Engineering-to-Order). Your scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm or 6:30am-3:00pm with overtime available after your training period.
Responsibilities
- Interpret documentation such as drawings, specifications, schematics, work orders, and RA/customer requirements to understand build expectations.
- Assemble and configure panels and cabinets, including mechanical assembly, door/accessory installation, and component placement.
- Perform low-voltage, power, and signal wiring, including selecting correct wiring, stripping/crimping ends, securing wires, and applying labels.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality by correctly selecting components, labeling, and wiring devices to meet uniform production standards.
- Support team operations by assisting associate technicians as needed and applying, dexterity, and basic math skills to complete buildings efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years in electrical assembly
- Associates / bachelor's degree in related field
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required

- Minimum of 2 years in electrical assembly
- Associates degree in related field
Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in related field
