About the role

We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Lead with strong data warehouse testing and test automation experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ETL testing, Snowflake, AWS, and automated testing, along with the ability to lead QA Analysts within a project team.

Education: Required a Bachelor’s degree and equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead ETL testing in a data warehouse environment.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and data validation for ETL/data pipelines.
• Design and maintain test automation for data and ETL workflows.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, transformations, and integration across systems.
• Work with Snowflake and AWS data environments.
• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of data and testing defects.
• Lead and coordinate QA Analysts within project teams.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
