ETL Informatica Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer with a minimum of 10 years in ETL pipeline development, data integration, and performance tuning.

• Unix/Linux commands and scripting (Python, Shell)
• SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and performance tuning
• Monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy robust ETL mappings, sessions, and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts.
• Work with relational databases (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server) to ingest and integrate data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data bottlenecks; tune SQL queries and Informatica mappings for optimal performance and high-volume data ingestion.
• Monitor production environments, respond to alerts, and resolve technical issues, including tracking incidents against SLAs and preventing recurring issues through RCA.
• Debug Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and Shell scripting code; analyze logs and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Maintain, document, and update system operating procedures, and provide performance reports.
• Assist with code deployments and migrations through environment stacks (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod).
• Configure session objects, optimize Spark engines, and manage file descriptors for high-volume data ingestion.
