ETL Informatica Developer

About the role

Experienced ETL Informatica Developer with expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS. This role focuses on migrating traditional ETL platforms to cloud-native architectures, enabling automated deployments, and improving platform scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS.
• Migrate traditional ETL platforms to cloud-native architectures.
• Enable automated deployments and improve platform scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Containerize and deploy complex enterprise applications and ETL platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Work in large-scale enterprise environments with high availability and mission-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and solve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, ETL Infrastructure, or related engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and enterprise containerization technologies.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms.
• Proven experience containerizing and deploying complex enterprise applications and ETL platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, deployment orchestration, and platform engineering principles.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with high availability and mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms including Ab Initio, MongoDB, Teradata, and private cloud environments.
