ETL Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable batch/streaming data pipelines on Google Cloud.
• Develop and operate reliable data pipelines and DAGs using Apache Airflow/Cloud Composer for batch and near-real-time workflows.
• Build ELT/ETL on GCP services, enforcing coding, testing, and observability standards.
• Write expert-level SQL for modeling, complex transformations, windowing functions, and performance tuning.
• Develop Python data components, packaging, and CI/CD for deployment to Composer/Dataflow.
• Integrate Postgres sources/targets.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and platform teams to uphold security, compliance, data quality, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with SQL.
• 3 years of experience with Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer).
• 3 years of experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, GCS, Composer).
• 5 years of experience with Python.
• 5 years of experience with Big Data (warehousing/processing concepts, performance).
• 3 years of experience with Postgres.

Skills

• Experience in the ads domain.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and solve problems efficiently.
• Preventing data quality issues before they impact users.
• Able to prioritize projects and handle multiple requests.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $59.50 /hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
