Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming ethics hotline complaints and develop actionable investigation plans
- Conduct objective, confidential investigations partnering with subject matter experts (EHS, HR, Legal, Trade Compliance, Quality, Operations) into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, and ethical breaches
- Perform internal audits relative to the company’s compliance with its own policies and procedures
- Collect, document, and analyze evidence, and conduct witness and subject interviews
- Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, and outside counsel when handling highly sensitive issues
- Analyze investigation data to identify trends, mitigate compliance risks, and recommend policy changes
- Plan and perform operational and internal audits to verify accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external laws
- Draft comprehensive investigation and audit reports, outlining findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations for senior management
- Provide training and awareness initiatives to uphold the company’s ethical culture and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or human resources compliance
Skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and advanced interviewing skills
- Must exhibit high levels of emotional intelligence and objective judgment
