Job Summary
About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit, analyze and monitor online IBO marketing activity, addressing concerns.
- Preemptively analyze IBO organizations for fraud, manipulation of the compensation plan, gaming and overall unethical activity.
- Work simultaneous investigations requiring extensive research and summary of findings.
- Own investigation process through adherence of established processes and procedures.
- Stays current on MLM industry regulations to better identify online violations that could negatively impact ACN.
- Provide education and ongoing training to Independent Business Owners in accordance with ACN Policies & Procedures.
- Analyze customer complaints and conduct necessary investigations to determine best solution.
- Independently work cases in variety of areas involving unethical and/or fraudulent behavior.
- Excellent follow-up skills (must take initiative to ensure all challenges are properly resolved).
- Create and maintain accurate record of activity in Case Management System.
- Remain current on all guidelines established by Management.
- Demonstrate urgency to monitor and adhere to established timelines for regulatory and escalated case types.
- Handle escalations and disseminate relative findings.
- Must be able to independently manage 50+ case investigations of varying degrees of consequence.
- Daily communication with Independent Business Owners and Customers via email, letters and phone.
- Enforce and support ACN’s position when reviewing marketing materials.
- Review, Analyze and use deductive reasoning along with the case management systems used by ACN to determine if new cases should be opened, worked within SLAs and IBOs should be trained on respective trends.
- Collaborate and keep strong rapport with all ACN vendors in to satisfy ACN and Vendor compliance requirements.
- Review, Update, and validate the integrity of all processes and procedures required to fulfil needs of the Business Ethics team.
- Work collaboratively with the ACN legal department.
- Contribute collectively to all onboarding and training of new team members.

Education and Experience
- AA/AS degree, or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years in legal or compliance related position required.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Onsite employees – As a condition of your employment with ACN, Inc, you may be required to work onsite at our designated office or facility.
- Typical office environment Mon-Fri during the hours of 8 A.M to 5 P.M
