About the role

Provide comprehensive flight training for private pilots, flight instructors, and commercial pilots. Offer ground school assistance and prepare students for various ratings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pilot (PPL), commercial pilot (CPL), instrument rating (IR), and other aviation courses
• Prepare students for FAA exams and certifications
• Offer ground school sessions and review materials
• Assist in preparing students for practical tests and checkrides
• Provide flight instruction for private, instrument, and commercial ratings
• Train and certify flight instructors in various categories

Requirements

• Valid pilot license with appropriate ratings
• Experience teaching aviation subjects
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, education, or related field preferred
• Passing score on relevant aviation certification exams
• Background in aviation maintenance or operations is a plus
