About the role
Support customers who need help through text, email, or live chat. Educate customers on our products and services. Engage with customers online. Process customer requests. Partner with other departments.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience with sales and/or customer support via digital correspondence
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively
- Proficient in Windows-based PC environment, internet, and automated systems
- Keyboard typing proficiency of at least 50 WPM
- Alignment & commitment to company values
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (optional)
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or customer support via digital correspondence
- Prior experience in marketing
Skills
- Great at making people feel comfortable
- Good at communication
- Multitasking pro
- Prefer texting over calling
Benefits
- Starts at $19/hr during training, moves up to $21/hr once on shift
- Potential to earn up to an additional $15,000 a year in bonuses
- Open from 6am-midnight, 7 days a week
- Rotational weekend and some holidays required
Pay
$19/hr during training, moves up to $21/hr once on shift
Schedule
Work from 130PM-Midnight, four days a week. Rotate weekends, so some weeks you'll work weekends, and some weeks you won't. Always know your schedule in advance!
