Estimator/Project Manager – Sioux City, IA

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates for architectural products and Roof Edge Metals to customers.
• Assist with contract review for projects.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and provide foremen and other departments with project information.
• Assist in the Shop Drawing and Submittal Process.
• Assist with purchasing and releasing products.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate communication between the field and office.
• Coordinate work between our trade and others.
• Provide foremen with guidance on projects.
• Provide GC/Owner with scheduling information for our work.
• Assist with project billing.
• Manage projects to ensure profitability and customer value.
• Coordinate between other departments in the company.
• Assist with project closeout (Weathertight Warranties, Paint Finish Warranties, Workmanship Warranties, etc.).
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide quotes for shop fabrication of products and possibly assist in fabrication.
