Estimator/Project Manager - Residential Development

The Estimator/Project Manager – Residential Development is responsible for estimating and managing residential earthwork projects, primarily for private clients. They handle cost accounting, including daily/weekly cost verifications, change orders, and project invoicing, ensuring accurate financial tracking. The role involves client communication, coordination with field staff, office support, and management, as well as maintaining project files. Additional duties include mentoring junior estimators and interns, preparing take-offs, and overseeing project billings and collections. They represent the company at project meetings, coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and direct field personnel as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential earthwork experience and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Light travel may be required.
