Job Details

• Estimator Project Manager position based in San Antonio, TX
• Responsible for estimating costs for construction projects, managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Additional responsibilities include working closely with clients, conducting site inspections, managing and expediting project phases, and overseeing quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects
• Strong skills in Inspection and ensuring quality control throughout project execution
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant project management and construction estimating software
• Previous experience in construction or paving industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
