Estimator-Project Manager
About the role
The Estimator-Project Manager coordinates the preparation of estimates based on site visits and conceptual information, and hard bid estimates. This position provides support services as required by the management department during the pre-construction and restoration phases. This position provides the scopes and pricing for projects. The Estimator-Project Manager position is responsible for representing Franjo Restoration on a range of subjects related to Restoration and may be responsible for making decisions on behalf of the firm. The Estimator-Project Manager will work to ensure that projects are planned, coordinated, and completed in a timely, efficient, effective, and profitable manner.
Responsibilities

- Create change orders

- Overall management to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Familiarity with insurance related estimating procedures
- Results driven
- Problem solving/cost analysis
- Strong math, communication, and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or restoration management or relevant experience in lieu of education
- Computer skills; proficient in MS office, required
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Experience with estimating software, required
- IICRC certification
- OSHA 40-hour certification
