Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or product management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
- UX/UI design principles.
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools.
