Responsibilities
- Complete budget preparation for projects including material and labor cost
- Take-off/estimates for projects
- Job scheduling, coordination, and execution including, but not limited to:
- Purchase orders
- Bills of material
- Sub-contracts
- Interface with the Construction Managers
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating or residential construction
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent math skills
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with computer-aided estimating software
- Excel proficiency
- Extremely detailed oriented
