We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content. First paragraph: "Whether you’re a recent grad or a seasoned professional, you can experience meaningful career growth at Rosendin. Enjoy a true sense of ownership as you work with a proven industry leader on some of the most exciting and high-profile projects in the nation. We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more. Why Rosendin? Committed. Innovative. Engaged. If you’re looking to take career to the next level and work with some of the best and brightest in the industry, we want to hear from you. We are an organization built on integrity. We have a culture that empowers people, embraces diversity, and inspires everyone to do their best. Rosendin is one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States employing over 7,000 people. We are the largest EMPLOYEE-OWNED company in the industry which means you will be a company owner too and have the unique benefit of being a shareholder at a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and success which means you benefit tremendously." That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually it's about the company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Rosendin". But headings list includes "About the role". We'll use that. Then "Your Next Opportunity The Estimator II is a mid-level professional responsible for preparing and completing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator II solves a range of straightforward problems and assembles construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, to ensure they understand what is required to bid on and win the project successfully, and can present the project cost to Senior leadership. With moderate guidance and direction, the Estimator II provides overall support for small- to medium-sized projects, assisted by a senior-level estimator." That's description of role; could be part of About the role. Then "What You’ll Do" list of duties. That's responsibilities. Then "What You’ll Need To Be Successful" list of needed abilities/skills. That's qualifications/skills. Then "What You Bring To Us" includes Bachelor's degree, experience, proficiencies, travel, working conditions. That's qualifications/requirements. Then "YOU Matter – Our Benefits" list benefits. Then "Pay Range $80,300.00-$105,400.00 Annual". That's pay. Schedule not mentioned. We need to avoid duplicate EEO lines etc. We'll produce sections:

About the role

with paragraph(s) summarizing company and role description. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve all substantive information. However we can combine paragraphs but must keep all info. We can include multiple

under heading. We must not create placeholder sections. Let's extract all substantive sentences. We need to avoid EEO lines etc. The benefits list includes some lines that are not EEO. The ADA compliance line is part of working conditions; we can keep it as it's substantive. The EEO repeated lines later we should drop. We must not include duplicated lines. There's a duplicate EEO paragraph later; we will ignore. Now decide sections: - About the role: combine company overview and role description (maybe two paragraphs). Could also split into About the company and Role summary but only allowed headings from list. We'll use About the role. - Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

with
  • list. - Requirements: maybe combine What You’ll Need To Be Successful and What You Bring To Us into Requirements/Qualifications. But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could put "Requirements" for education/experience, "Qualifications" for skills/knowledge, "Skills" for technical proficiencies. However we must only create sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for each. Let's map: Requirements: education, experience, travel, working conditions (maybe). Could include Bachelor's degree, 3 years experience, travel up to 10%, working conditions. Qualifications: advanced knowledge, interpret data, arithmetic, read drawings, identify needs, solve problems, proficient in computer, prioritize, work under pressure, communication, self-motivated, interact effectively. Skills: proficient in Accubid estimating, proficient in CAD or 3D software preferred, combination of education/training/experience (maybe already covered). Could also include MS Office (already in qualifications). But we need to avoid duplication. Better: Use "Qualifications" for the bullet list of knowledge/abilities (What You’ll Need To Be Successful). Use "Skills" for technical proficiencies (Accubid, CAD/3D, MS Office). Use "Requirements" for education/experience/travel/working conditions. But we must ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All have content. Now Benefits section:

    Benefits

    with
    • . Pay section:

      Pay

      with

containing the pay range. Schedule: not present, omit. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We'll exclude lines about ADA? Actually ADA compliance is part of working conditions; it's substantive. We'll keep. Now produce HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's craft.
