We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs about Rosendin, then "Your Next Opportunity" describing role, then "What You’ll Do", "What You’ll Need To Be Successful", "What You Bring To Us", then benefits list, then Pay Range. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About the role (intro about Rosendin and role description). Could be "About the role". Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do". Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What You’ll Need To Be Successful" and "What You Bring To Us". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? We need to decide. We have benefits list: ESOP, 401k, annual bonus, PTO, holidays, insurance, etc. So Benefits section. Pay: Pay Range $91,200-$119,700 Annual. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Your Next Opportunity" heading? We can treat that as part of About the role maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the role description details: The Estimator II is a mid-level professional responsible for preparing and completing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects... etc. That's substantive. We need to include duties list as
  • . Also requirements list as
    • . Also qualifications list maybe as
      • . Also benefits list as
        • . Pay as

. We must not include headings with filler. Ensure each heading has content. Let's craft:

We must not include duplicated EEO lines etc. We removed them. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law, including considering reasonable accommodation measures that may enable qualified disabled applicants and employees to perform essential functions." That's EEO/legal; we should remove. Also "Rosendin is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer." Remove. Also "YOU Matter – Our Benefits" we already captured benefits; we can keep benefits but not the heading "YOU Matter – Our Benefits". We used Benefits heading. Check if any content about "Working Conditions" we moved to Skills? Actually we could treat as "Working Conditions" but we don't have a heading for that; we could put under Skills or maybe a separate section but we only have allowed headings list; we could put under Skills as it's about skills/abilities? Better to put under Skills? The instructions say use headings from list; we can create a Skills section for skill-related content. The working conditions is not skill but we can include in Skills as description. Or we could omit; but we need to preserve all substantive information. The working conditions info is substantive; we should include it somewhere. Could add a

under Skills or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a separate section but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings are fixed; we cannot add other headings. So we must fit into one of those headings. Which is appropriate? "Skills" could include knowledge of tools, but working conditions is not skill. "Requirements" could include physical requirements. Could add under Requirements as bullet: "Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs." But we already have a Requirements list; we could add a bullet there. However we already have a Requirements list with many items; we could add a bullet for physical demands. That would preserve info. Similarly "Travel up to 10%" we already have under Qualifications. Thus we can incorporate working conditions into Requirements as a bullet. Let's adjust: Add bullet to Requirements: "Ability to work in varying indoor/outdoor environments, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs., and exposure to outside weather conditions; noise level low to medium, can be loud on jobsite." We should also maybe include "General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending." That's also a requirement. Thus we can add those. Now we need to ensure we didn't duplicate any content. Let's rewrite Requirements list to include those. Also we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We fully comply with the ADA..." Remove. Now final HTML. Check for any leftover duplicated lines: The intro had "We are an organization built on integrity..." we kept that in About the role? We included some but not all. We need to preserve all substantive information; we omitted some sentences like "We are an organization built on integrity. We have a culture that empowers people, embraces diversity, and inspires everyone to do their best." That's substantive; we should include. Also "Rosendin is one of the largest electrical contractors..." we included. Also "We are the largest EMPLOYEE-OWNED company..." we included. Also "Your Next Opportunity" heading we omitted but content included in About the role? We included role description but not the phrase "Your Next Opportunity". That's just a heading; we can drop it as it's not substantive. The substantive content after that is included. We also omitted "Enjoy a true sense of ownership as you work with a proven industry leader on some of the most exciting and high-profile projects in the nation." We included that? We have "Enjoy a true sense of ownership as you work with a proven industry leader on some of the most exciting and high-profile projects in the nation." Yes we included in first paragraph. We omitted "We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more." We included that? We have "We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more." Not exactly; we said "We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more." Actually we wrote: "We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more." Let's check: In our About the role paragraph we wrote: "We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more." Yes we have that
