DescriptionThe Estimator - Healthcare will:Support preconstruction and estimating efforts on commercial construction projects.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost analysis.Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors during the estimating process.Contribute to projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, senior living, commercial, renovation, and ground-up construction sectors.Help develop accurate budgets, cost estimates, and pricing strategies.Learn industry best practices under experienced preconstruction leadership.Utilize estimating and construction management software to support project pursuits.ProfileA successful Estimator - Healthcare should have:0-3 years of construction-related experience.Experience may include internships, co-ops, field experience, subcontractor backgrounds, design-side exposure, or commercial construction experience.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or estimating software is a plus but not required.Ability to work from either the Concord, MA or Middletown, CT office.Job OfferUpon offer, the Estimator - Healthcare will receive:Competitive base salary of $105,000-$131,000.Annual bonus program and profit-sharing opportunities.Clear career path with mentorship from senior estimating leadership.Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding.Diverse project portfolio spanning healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial construction.
