About the role

Estimator responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates, coordinating repairs, and maintaining clear communication with customers and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions
• Guide clients through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company standards
• Support team collaboration
• Participate in training and safety meetings
• Uphold core values of honesty, integrity, and respect

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repair processes and OE guidelines
• Minimum 1-year DRP experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training
• Valid driver’s license
