ESTIMATOR - For home remodels

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and sell various residential and commercial improvements and remodel jobs (in-person)
• Cookordinate and manage these projects along with office team and field team
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from estimate to post-completion
• Leverage existing leads and develop new programs and markets along with management and marketing team
• Develop and build relationships with customers, vendors, partners and local communities
• Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of House Doctors STL
• Mentor and develop future estimator/sales members
• Assist in non-profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand

Requirements:

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel and improvement estimation and sales
• Experience selling and managing bathroom, kitchen, basement, deck, fence, and other projects
• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction, remodel, improvement
• Proven track record in successfully managing remodel and improvement projects from start to finish
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
• Professional, relationship-focused sales approach
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
