Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project milestones
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure adherence to timelines and cost estimates
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all construction regulations
- Uphold high-quality standards throughout the construction process
- Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders and project managers
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee material deliveries and on-site inventory management
Requirements
- Experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges
- Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus
Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 USD.
