Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project milestones
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure adherence to timelines and cost estimates
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all construction regulations
• Uphold high-quality standards throughout the construction process
• Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders and project managers
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee material deliveries and on-site inventory management

Requirements

• Experience managing high-end residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges
• Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 USD.
