Key Responsibilities
- Generating estimates and quotes for products and services
- Reviewing tender documentation to determine client requirements, the scope of work, and specific contracting terms and conditions
- Identifying risks and opportunities within the tender and calculating any required contingencies
- Aiding the project team with estimating and quoting as needed
- Complying with all company policies and procedures at all times
- Performing all other duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ability to provide technical advice and support
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Background in Oil and Gas, Mining, or Industrial and Defence sectors
- Personal attributes including a high-quality of personal appearance and conduct, highly organized, professional approach and presentation to customers and stakeholders, effective communication with a variety of people, proactive and enthusiastic team player, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, self-motivated, confident, and capable of communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and staff, a demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and work, always observing strict confidentiality, promoting the ATP brand internally and externally by upholding all organisational values
