Responsible for estimating material quantities and costs for various construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for new and existing projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
• Use specialized software for cost estimation and analysis
• Provide regular updates on project progress and potential cost changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized construction software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
