About the Role

The Estimator scrutinizes incoming inquiries, evaluates all technical issues, prepares estimates of the costs for the execution of the works, submits proposals to clients, and negotiates terms and conditions with clients to contract award. The role requires knowledge of construction means and methods, costs, and engineering principles. The Estimator will estimate the cost of self-perform work and project indirect costs, work efficiently to meet critical deadlines, and collaborate as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze incoming inquiries for construction projects.
• Evaluate technical issues related to project execution.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for self-perform work and project indirect costs.
• Submit proposals to clients and negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts.
• Work efficiently to meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
