We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Content: - Job Type Full-time (maybe schedule? but schedule is separate) - Description: paragraphs about company. - Great Reasons To Join list: bullet points. - Standard Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change. - Position Summary: The Estimator will be responsible for the bidding, documenting, and estimating adjustments to ensure quality project takeoffs in a timely manner. - Position Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: Required: 2+ years estimating experience or field experience. Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and estimating software such as Wrightsoft. Preferred: Experience in computerized/digital takeoff. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. - Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. - Benefits And Compensation: We provide a comprehensive package of employee benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D; additional voluntary benefits such as STD, LTD, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, paid vacation, and holidays; 401(k) and company paid Life Insurance, and we are 100% Employee Owned. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. - EEO Statement: remove. We need sections: About the role (maybe company description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: could be the company description and position summary. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe required qualifications (2+ years experience). Could be separate from Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for Requirements and Qualifications separately. We need to differentiate. Usually Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = preferred? But we have both Required and Preferred. We could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. Also Skills could be things like Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, estimating software, organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-task, ability to work under minimal supervision. Could be separate Skills section. - Benefits: we have benefits description. - Pay: Not explicitly stated; there is "Highly Competitive Wage" in Great Reasons list but not a specific number. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Pay: we have "Highly Competitive Wage" but not a specific amount. That's vague; maybe we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Highly Competitive Wage" is vague but still states something about wage. However it's not a specific number; could be considered filler? It's not a specific figure. Safer to omit Pay section. - Schedule: we have Standard Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change. That's specific schedule. So we can include Schedule section. - Benefits: we have specific benefits list, so include Benefits. Now we need to structure. We should not include headings for sections with no content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. We need to use

for each heading. Inside each section, use

for prose,

  • for lists. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to include the company description, position summary, responsibilities list, required experience, preferred qualifications, skills, benefits, schedule. We also have "Great Reasons To Join" list which includes items like 11x Employee Voted Top Workplace, Highly Competitive Wage, Excellent Benefits Package (list), $15k Company Paid Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Training and Support, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, Advancement Opportunities, Paid Apprenticeship and Educational Reimbursement. Some of these are benefits; we already have benefits section; we could incorporate those into benefits. But we must not duplicate. We can merge them into benefits section. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: The list includes "11x Employee Voted Top Workplace", "Highly Competitive Wage", "Excellent Benefits Package (Health/HSA/Vision/Dental/Life/STD/LTD/Accident and Critical Illness)", "$15k Company Paid Life Insurance", "401(k)", "Employee Stock Ownership Plan (We are 100% employee owned)", "Training and Support", "Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays", "Advancement Opportunities", "Paid Apprenticeship and Educational Reimbursement". Also "Standard Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change." We need to include those in appropriate sections. Let's extract: Company description: first paragraph about Romanoff Group. Position Summary: The Estimator will be responsible for the bidding, documenting, and estimating adjustments to ensure quality project takeoffs in a timely manner. Responsibilities: list of duties (starting with Download and review all Bid Documents...). Qualifications: Required: 2+ years estimating experience or field experience. Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and estimating software such as Wrightsoft. Preferred: Experience in computerized/digital takeoff. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. This could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? Might be separate but we don't have a heading for Physical Demands; we could include under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have Requirements and Qualifications headings, we could put physical demands under Requirements (as a requirement). Or we could add a separate section but not allowed. We'll include under Requirements. Skills: Could be the preferred proficiencies and organizational skills etc. We'll put under Skills. Benefits: combine Great Reasons To Join benefits list and Benefits And Compensation paragraph. Schedule: Standard Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change. Also we have "Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check." This could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll put under Requirements. Now we need to avoid boilerplate: EEO Statement removed. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    Skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to work under minimal supervision, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and estimating software (e.g., Wrightsoft), and experience with computerized/digital takeoff.

But we already listed organizational skills etc under Requirements; maybe we should not duplicate. Better to keep Skills separate: list of technical and soft skills not already captured. However we risk duplication. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. But we might be repeating same content. Could be okay but maybe better to keep Skills as the preferred proficiencies and soft skills not already in Requirements. However Requirements already includes organizational skills etc. We could move those to Skills and keep Requirements strictly about experience, physical demands, drug screen. Let's decide. We have Required: 2+ years estimating experience or field experience. Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and estimating software such as Wrightsoft. Preferred: Experience in computerized/digital takeoff. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Thus we could treat: - Requirements: 2+ years estimating experience or field experience; Must be able to work under minimal supervision; Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task; Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.; Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. - Qualifications (Preferred): Proficient in
