Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade school experience preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in HVAC, estimating, or construction support (including internships or co-op experience)
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading and construction documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with estimating software a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Organizational Alignment

The Estimator reports to the local Branch Leader.

Behavior Profile

• Mathematical Ability - Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and unit conversions. Comfort with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Reasoning Ability - Able to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and seek clarification as needed. Capable of basic troubleshooting and problem-solving within assigned work.

Physical Demands

• Primarily office-based with occasional site visits
• May involve walking job sites, climbing ladders, or light lifting up to 25 lbs when assisting with site assessments
