Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings.

• Create 3D models and visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Present design solutions and make revisions based on client feedback.
• Cook up with construction teams to ensure design execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
