Estimator

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, determine material and labor costs, factor in equipment and subcontractor expenses, and consider potential risks.
• Drawings and takeoffs. Prefer to use On-Screen for takeoffs.
• Establish and maintain processes during the project lifecycle.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize performance.
• Identify potential costs risks like delays, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.

Requirements

• Two or more years experience estimating
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgetary guidelines
• Prior proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
