What You'll Do
- Analyze project documents (plans, specs, site conditions) to scope work accurately
- Perform material, labor, and equipment take-offs
- Solicit vendor and subcontractor bids; maintain competitive pricing
- Prepare clear and complete proposals and cost estimates
- Conduct site walks and client meetings to confirm scope
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project hand-offs and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and cost data for future projects
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in landscape or construction estimating
- Experience with estimation tools (e.g., LMN, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel)
- Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
