Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align budgets with project execution.
• Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure reliable pricing.
• Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and ensure all estimates reflect high standards of quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of estimating experience in construction preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 per year
