Estimator
About the role
This role is for an estimator who can take ownership of detailed takeoffs, earthwork and utility estimating, production analysis, bid preparation, sub/vendor pricing, and supporting operations on awarded projects. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating and managing earthwork and site projects.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of detailed takeoffs, earthwork, and utility estimating
- Performing production analysis
- Bid preparation

- Serving as a support for operations on awarded projects

Requirements
- Experience estimating and managing earthwork and site projects
- Local focus in the Kansas City area
- Opportunity to grow into a management position
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Proficient in estimating software
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
