About the role

Consolidated Pipe & Supply is a full-line supplier, fabricator, and manufacturer of pipe, valve, and fitting products and services for natural gas, waterworks, energy, and industrial sectors.

Essential Functions/Duties

• Ability to perform accurate material takeoffs for a Complete PVF List of material
• Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting contract specifications and drawings
• Track incoming project addendums and make necessary changes to the list of material
• Interact with contractors or engineers when called upon to assist with clarifications
• Work with project tracking software
• Crosscheck finished product

Qualifications

• 2+ year’s experience in drafting or estimating in the piping industry preferred
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Excel experience
• Strong Communication skills
