ECC Exteriors is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Pacific Northwest team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction estimating who can independently manage bids, analyze project requirements, and contribute to winning work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for large-scale exterior renovation projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to fully understand scope, risks, and requirements.
- Develop detailed takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Lead and manage the bid process from initial review through final submission.
- Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure competitive and strategic bids.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed.
- Maintain and refine estimating databases, cost history, and tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating (exterior renovations, multi-family, or commercial preferred).
- Proven ability to manage estimates independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost drivers.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel outside the region as needed.
Work Environment
- Combination of office-based work and on-site project visits.
- Travel between job sites across Washington and Oregon.
Pay
Salary starting at $75,000+ depending on experience.
