Estimating Takeoff Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Prepare front-end measurement work for both new RFPs and organic opportunities.
• Request and review bulk measurements for RFPs; confirm project boundaries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd party measuring platforms.
• Collaborate with estimators to verify accuracy of all measurements.
• Handle measurement requests from 3rd party measuring platforms or perform self-measurements as needed.
• Use Bluebeam to measure from site plans for organic proposals.
• Cookordinate and request site visits when required by the customer for bidding purposes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of office/admin, construction support, or estimating experience (not required but nice to have).
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel/Word, maybe basic Bluebeam or AutoCAD exposure (can be taught).
• Strong attention to detail, organized, able to manage documents and numbers.
• Communication skills for coordinating with project managers/estimators.
• High school diploma or some college (degree preferred but not required).

Skills

• Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or other digital measurement software.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to learn new software quickly.
