Blythe Development employs over 900 employees and self-performs 80% of site groundwork. The position is located in South Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Aid in consulting with clients and members of the design and construction teams to discuss specifics for design build projects.
• Create models and produce quantities for earthwork and underground utility.
• Update existing projects with new surfaces from drone files.
• Incorporate geotechnical information into earthwork files and quantities.
• Transfer CAD information into earthwork software.

Qualifications

• Strong computer background
• Knowledge of CAD-based platforms including Blue Beam Revu, Excel, and Agtek are a plus
• Ability to work together and communicate as a team
• Ability to multitask while working on multiple projects at the same time
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Capacity to handle pressure
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy is required
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
