Estimating/Project Management

About the Role

T&C has a small, very dedicated Estimating & Project Management team that enables us to do much larger and more complicated projects than you might think for our size. Estimators are the very first people at T&C to see a job on paper and begin the process of winning and completing a successful project.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and understand project details
• Collaborate with Project Management & Operations teams to determine means and methods and other cost-effective ideas to properly place a value on a given project
• Translate knowledge of a project to the Operations team and effectively manage the progress of construction (Project Management side)
• Focus on day-to-day issues of a project
• Represent the firm to clients with integrity and diplomacy

Qualifications

• Ability to focus on the "fine print" to really understand a project
• Ability to focus on day-to-day issues of a project
