Estimating Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Estimating Administrator to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting our estimating and bidding process ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professional communication across multiple projects. What You’ll Do
- Support estimating and bidding procedures by completing the pre-qualification process for new projects.
- Prepare and organize Bid Proposal Forms, Bid Packages, and Scope Letters.
- Maintain and update client databases, Plan Holder Lists, and Bid Schedules.
- Ensure all documentation, confirmations, and communications are completed accurately and on time.
- Cook with internal departments and clients to provide excellent customer service.
- Generate and send monthly bid results reports.
- Demonstrate strong computer proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and company-specific software.
What You Bring

- Ability to analyze blueprints, scope of work, and project specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of construction, landscape, or hardscape estimating practices is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software tools.

Education & Experience
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative positions.
Essential Physical Characteristics
Frequent: sitting, time spent on the telephone, repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and office equipment, standing, bending and stooping, twisting of waist side-to-side, turning and flexion of the neck, lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds; occasional walking on uneven terrain for long distances.
