We are part of a network of over 130 locations in the United States offering services including Lash Extensions, Lash Perms and Tinting, Threading, Brow threads and tints, and brow laminations. We create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Professional Estheticians/Lash Stylists who love giving women confidence through lash extensions and other services. Our stylists enjoy working with like-minded professionals, excel in team environments, and are skilled at selling memberships to encourage guest retention. They prioritize the safe application of eyelash extensions and thrive in a fun, jovial work environment with team-building events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive Lash Lounge aftercare products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our referral program
• Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor

Requirements

• Active or soon-to-be-obtained Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Customer service-focused with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Flexible with schedules and appointments
• Mature and strong work ethic
• Self-driven learner comfortable educating clients on memberships, packages, products, and services
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Works well with others
