Job Summary

Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is seeking an experienced and passionate Esthetician to join our growing team. This position offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, customer service, and product development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform client consultations for skin and body treatments.
• Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as CryoFacials, Cryotherma, chemical peels, and other non-surgical treatments, tailored to individual client needs.
• Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results.
• Utilize equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established Icebox protocols and safety guidelines.
• Conduct post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.
• Enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
• Assist Wellness Coordinators on daily studio activity when not with clients.

Requirements

• State Licensed Esthetician (Florida)
• 1+ years experience as a practicing licensed esthetician
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual
• Courteous and professional in manner and appearance
• Self-starter and passion for learning
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Evening and weekend availability, closed on all major holidays
