Spavia [Location] is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians!
Pay
Transparent Pay Structure — based on experience
- Signature Facial (50 min): $52–$56 (includes gratuity)
- Advanced Facials/Exfoliation (40–60 min): $57–$61
- Upgraded Treatments (70 min): $62–$66
Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments. Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included.
Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually.
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time
- Weekend/evening availability preferred
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5–6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials

Responsibilities
- Perform result-driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail
- Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
- Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
- Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals

Requirements
