Paul Mitchell The School Esani is part of the Paul Mitchell Network, a well-established beauty school with locations all across the country. Our Roswell, GA facility is seeking a full-time Esthetician Instructor - Skincare Teacher to join our passionate team of educators and help future beauty professionals learn the ins and outs of cosmetology!

Responsibilities

- Teaching students the science behind skincare - Educating students about advanced topics like waxing, skin analysis, makeup – ingredients, application techniques, retail sales strategies, and more - Leading hands-on lessons and technical demonstrations - Answering questions, assisting students, and inspiring future professionals to - excel in the beauty industry

Requirements

Required: - Georgia esthetics instructor license - Esthetician experience in a spa or salon setting - Working knowledge of makeup, skincare, and esthetics modalities (LED, micro-current, HydraFacial, etc.) - Passion for teaching, motivating, and helping others Preferred: - Experience hosting Zoom or Google Meet sessions - Product sales and inventory management experience - Lesson planning experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
