Esthetician Consultant at Tech Startup

About the role

We’re looking for an esthetician to manage our Customer Experience at Haldi, a startup skincare company transforming how women discover and shop for skincare online. Using data, we create personalized routines based on clients’ skin, preferences, and budgets. This is an exceptional opportunity to combine a passion for beauty and skincare while developing operational skills applicable to technology and high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Curate and review skincare products to add to our recommended collection
• Review client skin assessments and create custom skincare routines
• Answer client communications (e.g., questions about cleansers, ingredient compatibility, and skincare best practices)
• Manage order fulfillment

Note: This role does not involve in-person services. All recommendations and routines are delivered via our website and platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience as an esthetician
• Passion for skincare and helping women discover the right routine
• Excellent communication skills, especially over email and text
• Bias for action and willingness to handle any task, no matter how small
