Responsibilities

• Provide professional skin care treatments to clients
• Help clients achieve their skincare goals and enhance their overall well-being
• Perform exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols
• Ensure excellent guest services and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to current State Board regulations
• Utilize salon software to manage client information
• Work well with other team members, managers, and guests
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain strong retail sales performance

Requirements

• Active NC State Esthetician License required
• Minimum of 3 years Esthetician experience required
• 3 or more years of experience with facials
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay updated in the profession
• Experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
• Proven track record for retail sales
