Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform 40 minute facials, brows, lashes and waxing.
• Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate and complete records.
• Provide excellent customer service, achieving all service and product goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services such as dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow laminations, and lash lifts.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board compliance.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and high-level customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand.
• Aid in all in-store operational processes.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Requirements

• Cosmetology License or Esthetics License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
