About the role

We are one of the top-performing skincare locations in the entire Elements network. We're looking for a passionate Licensed Esthetician who loves building long-term client relationships and delivering results-driven care through customized facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.
• Design personalized treatment plans and home-care routines (we use the Sanitas product line).
• Build a thriving, loyal book of business using our steady stream of clients.

Requirements

• A current New York State Esthetics License.
• Strong hands-on skills—bring the expertise, we provide the studio-specific training.
• Confidence in recommending treatment plans and retail products.
• Availability 3-5 days per week, including one evening shift and one weekend shift.

Pay

Average earnings of $24-$28/service hour + tips + retail commissions + enhancement pay (true average is $45 - $60).

Schedule

Availability 3-5 days per week, including one evening shift and one weekend shift.
