Qualifications

• Must have completed an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
• Must be knowledgeable with skincare ingredients to understand the benefits and contraindications to best recommend products
• Must be comfortable and confident with recommending product sales to clients
• Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
• Previous experience in therapeutic skincare of similar spa environments is preferred but not required
• A passion for skincare and dedication to delivering excellent client care is essential
